Shipping Information Policy

We use Australia Post for all our shipping within Australia and the world.

Shipping Charges

Our domestic (Australian) shipping charges are as follows:
Orders under AUD$50 - AUD$15
Orders over AUD$50 - FREE

Our international shipping charges are as follows:
Orders under AUD$50 - AUD$15
Orders over AUD$50 - FREE

Australian Orders

We use Parcel Post as it’s the most efficient way to send packages within Australia. When your order is confirmed we'll send you a tracking number. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time please let us know. All following up & tracking of the order is the responsibility of the customer. We will help wherever we can in the event of a lost package. You can track your order via the Australia Post website.

International Orders

All packages are sent via Air mail as it’s the most efficient way to send goods internationally. Australia Post is extremely reliable, if your package hasn't arrived in the time listed please contact us. All following up & tracking of the order is the responsibility of the customer. We will help wherever we can in the event of a lost package. You can track your order via the Australia Post website.

*Every order is shipped from Australia. Any import duties and taxes charged at the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges which vary from country to country. If you are unsure the charges associated with your local customs office please contact them directly. If they don't help you, contact us.

Shipping Time

All orders received & items in stock are processed and shipped the next business day.

Domestic orders: Please allow 2-5 business days.
International orders: Please allow 5-14 business days.

Please note shipping times are only our best estimate and can vary due to a number of factors. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please contact and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 10am on a business day please notify us via the link above before 10am the following day. We will be unable to process a cancellation of your order if we are not notified of your intention to cancel the order by 10am the following day.
